Introduction: The family is the social institution, which is the first foundation of collective life. Considering the importance of the family and its legal system, the discussion of the family rights and its education can prevent the damage caused by the lack of familiarity with it; So, the purpose of this study was to feasibility study of family laws education in higher education from the viewpoint of laws professors. Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and based on data collection method, is a descriptive research-survey type. The statistical population included law professors in Iran. Sampling method was a simple random that 150 people were selected based on G-Power method. The Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 88 which indicates the appropriate reliability of the tool. For analyzing the results, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), and one-sample t-test and independent t-test statistical tests were used. Results: The results showed that professors agreed with the necessity and opportunity to education of family laws in higher education and well evaluated the teachers' attitudes on the education of family law in higher education. They believed that there was no serious threat in this regard, and the readiness of human resources is also considered to be favorable. Conclusion: According to the results of this research on the need to family laws education at university, in addition to other general lessons, family laws education could be paid more attention as a separate lesson.

Abstract:

Introduction: The mugger crocodile is one of the most vulnerable species in the recent IUCN Red list classification. Most of the populations of the species are in decline and extirpation due to the threats caused by human activities. Nowadays, species distribution modeling plays an essential role in their conservational biology and ecological studies. However, considering the lack of such data on the mugger crocodile in Iran, this study was conducted to evaluate the suitability of the crocodile habitats in the country. Material and methods: The watersheds of the Sarbaz and Kaju rivers in the Makran area are the westernmost part of the distribution range of the mugger crocodile, located in the southern part of Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Modeling the suitability of the crocodile habitats in this area was conducted using maximum entropy. The environmental variables of elevation, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), temperature, rainfall, and the distance from urban and rural settlements, roads, and rivers were included in the study. To eliminate high correlation variables (<0. 70), Pearson correlation test was used. By using Moran’ s I, the lack of spatial autocorrelation between the presence data of the species was assured. Sensitivity and evaluation of the relative importance of each variable were done by the percent contribution and permutation importance of each variable. Also, the response curves of the variables and the jackknife test were calculated. Maximum training sensitivity plus specificity (MTSS) and equal training sensitivity and specificity (ETSS) were used as thresholds to classify the suitable regions. Results and discussion: The amount of AUC was more than 0. 8, indicating excellent performance of the model. Based on the percent of contribution and permutation importance of each variable and the results of the jackknife test, the distance from the rivers, temperature and elevation were the most important variables. The threshold values of ETSS and MTSS were 0. 52 and 0. 18, respectively. According to the thresholds, the suitability of the habitat was classified into two suitable and unsuitable classes with an area of 312 and 1629 km2, respectively. Comparison of the thresholds in classification showed that ETSS is more accurate. Considering that the major part of the suitable habitats is located outside of the Gandou Protected Area, revision of the borders of the protected area is proposed as a suggestion for management for the conservation of this species. The study of the effect of dams on the crocodile habitat suitability in the area showed that dams increased the habitat suitability, but their negative impacts, like the loss of nesting sites, should be noted. Also, the fragmentation of the suitable habitats was obvious in the study, and considering the migration behavior of the species, corridors should also be included in conservation plans. Conclusion: Distance from the river, as the main variable determining the suitability of the mugger crocodile habitat, is affected by climatic fluctuations and the water amount. Conflicts between the crocodiles and local people for resources (water and food) as well as the immigration of crocodiles between separate habitat patches would be more severe in the warm seasons and drought situations. Therefore, in addition to revising the area of the protected area and conservation of the habitats, increasing species monitoring, public education and participation of local communities in the conservation actions would be essential.

Abstract:

2Being able to take a lesson means avoiding repeating negative experiences and actions, and taking advice and learning from the positive experiences of the past. Throughout history, architectural works have emerged based on the accumulation of human experiences and have been continuous with trial and error. Based on this, the aim of the current research is to explain the function of lesson-taking in different aspects of architectural works. This research, relying on the method of logical reasoning, seeks to explain the category of learning in architecture in three areas: learning person, the subject of learning and the learning process. Due to its educational function, lesson-taking can act in architecture as a way to criticize, learn and benefit from the positive and negative experiences of past architectural works. The lesson-taking category in architectural works includes architects as the creators of the architectural work and people as the creators of the cultural infrastructure of architecture, who by being trained and equipped with the means of lesson-taking can acquire, transfer and correctly use the information of the subject of the lesson (architecture). The subject of lesson is the semantic and physical aspects of architecture, and from the point of view of lesson-taking, what is good and beautiful in these aspects has the ability to instruct and learned from. It is possible to take lessons from architectural works in a conscious process and based on the means of advisability or unconsciously and relying on mental accumulations throughout history. The lesson-taking process and the way of imparting lessons and tips in architecture occurs more consciously for technical and specialized people (architects) and more unconsciously for ordinary people (architecture's audience). Architects, under the condition of proper and sufficient education during their studies, due to their scientific and technical view on architectural works, can take advantage of positive and negative experiences of architectural works in a more conscious and self-aware manner; but people and architectural audiences would take lessons from the work of architecture unconsciously and unknowingly due to lack of sufficient expertise. This issue manifests itself mostly in connection with historical and remaining from the distant past architectural works that recognition, criticism, and education of them require expertise and historical knowledge. In other words, architects have an easier connection with architectural works from the distant and recent past, and audiences mostly with existing and belonging to the recent past architectural works. By educating and familiarizing the audience with the architectural values of the distant and recent past, it is possible to lead them towards a conscious lesson-taking from architectural works.

Abstract:

Pandemics and global outbreaks of infectious diseases always have been a great challenge for human survival and life throughout history. The following three are clear examples of global outbreaks of plague. First, the outbreak started from Egypt in 541 CE and less than two years spread to the Middle East, Europe, Persia and north Africa; the second started in Central Asia; India, China and eastern Russia, but it not only affected Asia but also spread to Europe. Both pandemics had several waves during centuries and killed millions of people. In the middle of the 19th century, the third plague outbreak occurred in Yunnan, southwest of China, reaching Hong Kong in 1884. The last outbreak was limited to China, India, subtropical regions and some coastal cities (Cohn, 2008, pp. 74-100). In addition to these well-known outbreaks, archeological evidence on mummies, showing infectious caused by smallpox, dates back to at least 1580 BCE in ancient Egypt. There are several outbreaks in Europe, Persia, Syria, Ethiopia, etc. between the 4th to 10th centuries. Rhazes, the Persian physician, was the first person who identified this disease and differentiated it from measles in 910 CE. There are other outbreaks that appeared around the world. Even in New World, the outbreak of smallpox was firstly appeared in Massachusetts, from 1617 to 1619 (Thè ves, et al, 2016). There are many other examples of outbreaks that killed millions of people by various infectious agents during the history. The last pandemic occurred in the early 20th century called Spanish Flu (Spinney, 2018, p. 2552). After this, it was assumed that infectious diseases are under the control of humans because of the advancement of technology. Even some limited outbreaks, like SARS, MERS and Ebola, did not cause serious challenges and were controlled rapidly. Prior to the emergence of COVID 19, especially in the 21st century, human beings maltreated nature and tried to bring it under his/her control. The global pandemics, i. e. COVID 19, resulting in the massacre of the people, unprecedented through history, woke up human beings from the dreams of controlling nature and showed them the power of nature. It showed that how a small piece of RNA and a simple capsid can disable humans, equipped with technological advancements. And this has paralyzed the world for more than one year. It is hoped that this makes us reflect more on our actions, reminding us that we are just part of nature. This also reminds us to be aware of the power of nature and our weakness and that if we maltreat nature, it will react correspondingly, in return. In addition, as a prerequisite of our survival on the planet, we should learn to be more compatible with nature.
